When you submit our contact form we collect your name, email address, and message content. We use Vercel Analytics, a privacy-first solution that places no cookies and stores no personal data. We use Sentry for error monitoring, which may capture browser type, OS, and the page where an error occurred. AI chat conversations are processed by Anthropic Claude. Please see the AI Assistant Safety Guidelines section below for usage requirements.

Our site features an interactive AI assistant powered by Anthropic Claude. Conversations are processed in real-time to answer service inquiries. Users are strictly instructed not to enter sensitive personal data (e.g., credit cards, health info, passwords) or trade secrets in the chat interface. We do not retain chat logs beyond your session.

We use your contact information solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not use it for marketing without your explicit consent. Analytics and error data are used only to improve the site.

We process your data under Article 6(1)(b) — contract performance (responding to your service inquiry) — and Article 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest (privacy-first analytics and error monitoring that do not require consent under the ePrivacy Directive).

Contact form submissions are retained for 24 months or until you request deletion. Analytics data is aggregated and contains no personal information. Sentry error logs are retained for 30 days.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your data, and to object to processing. Contact hello@hagumistudio.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, request its deletion, and opt out of its sale. We do not sell personal information.

We use Vercel (hosting and analytics), Resend (transactional email), Sentry (error monitoring), and Anthropic (AI chat). Each provider has its own privacy policy.

Your data is stored and processed in the United States. For European Union and Spanish residents, we safeguard data transfers using Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission to ensure a level of protection equivalent to the GDPR.

We update this policy as needed and display the Last updated date at the top. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
