Let's talk

About

Brand and growth. In the same studio.

Hagumi is a digital studio focused on a single outcome: businesses that look the part they're playing — and ship the systems behind the scenes that make growth possible. We bring in trusted specialists when a project calls for it.

01

Patient by design

We don't deliver files and disappear. Every project has accompaniment built in from the first call to the last sprint.

02

Systems thinking

We see your website, your CRM and your ops as one organism — not separate tools that happen to coexist.

03

Measurable output

Every engagement ends with metrics — not just deliverables. If we can't measure it, we won't promise it.

01 — Why we exist

Brand is half the work.

Most businesses are told to fix the logo or rebuild the funnel — never both. We disagree. The image people see and the system behind it are the same thing from different angles. Hagumi exists to build both, end-to-end, for businesses ready to grow.

02 — The team

The core. And the bench.

The studio is run day to day by a small core. When a project calls for branding, photography or specialized engineering, we extend with a short list of specialists we trust. You get the right person on the right part — not whoever was free.

Adrian Carballo

Adrian Carballo

Design & User Experience

Adrian leads identity, interface and experience. He thinks in systems — designs that hold up across pages, products and conditions — and treats art direction as a strategic choice, not decoration.

"If a design needs a footnote, it isn't finished."

Eduardo Molina

Eduardo Molina

Development & Automation

Eduardo turns the designs into working code and the manual processes into flows that run by themselves. He works close to the stack — Shopify, custom front-ends, APIs, automation, AI integrations — and ships things that don't need a maintenance contract to keep standing.

"Automate the boring. Keep the judgement."

03 — How we work

Four rules. No exceptions.

01

Ask the why first.

Before scoping, we want to know what changes for the business if this ships. If we can't answer that, we don't start.

02

Decisions where the work happens.

Whoever's making it is in the room when it's specified. No agency telephone, no translated briefs, no meetings about meetings.

03

Ship the smallest thing that proves it.

Iterate against real users on a real domain, not a 60-page document. Decisions get made with evidence.

04

You own the deliverable.

When we hand over, you get the source — code, design files, documentation. Not a dependency on us to keep it working.

04 — Restraint

What we don't take on.

Saying no to the wrong work is how we keep doing the right work.

Brochure sites with no business logic

If clicking a button doesn't change something — a lead, a sale, an operation — it's not the work we do.

Brand refreshes detached from product

Identity that doesn't ship into the product or the operation is decoration. We don't do decoration.

Work that needs a department to maintain

If it needs permanent staffing to stay standing, we built the wrong thing.

Work we wouldn't sign

If our names go on it, it has to clear our own bar. Not the client's. Not the budget's. Ours.

05 — Our Studio Model

Bespoke collaboration.

01

Web design

E-commerce, marketing sites and product UIs built as systems, not pages.

02

Automation & AI

Workflows, integrations and agents that take repetitive ops off your team.

03

Identity & strategy

Naming, identity systems and brand positioning — when there's a real product behind them.

— Direct Engagement

Direct founder-level design & engineering. No layers, no account managers.
