Who we are
Hagumi Studio is an independent digital design and automation studio based in Florida, USA. We provide web design, automation systems, AI agents, visual identity, consulting, and retainer services. Contact: hello@hagumistudio.com.
What data we collect
When you submit our contact form we collect your name, email address, and message content. We use Vercel Analytics, a privacy-first solution that places no cookies and stores no personal data. We use Sentry for error monitoring, which may capture browser type, OS, and the page where an error occurred. AI chat conversations are processed by Anthropic Claude and are not retained beyond the session.
How we use your data
We use your contact information solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not use it for marketing without your explicit consent. Analytics and error data are used only to improve the site.
Legal basis (GDPR — EU/Spain)
We process your data under Article 6(1)(b) — contract performance (responding to your service inquiry) — and Article 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest (privacy-first analytics and error monitoring that do not require consent under the ePrivacy Directive).
Data retention
Contact form submissions are retained for 24 months or until you request deletion. Analytics data is aggregated and contains no personal information. Sentry error logs are retained for 30 days.
Your rights (EU/UK — GDPR)
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your data, and to object to processing. Contact hello@hagumistudio.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Your rights (California — CCPA)
California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, request its deletion, and opt out of its sale. We do not sell personal information.

Third-party services
We use Vercel (hosting and analytics), Resend (transactional email), Sentry (error monitoring), and Anthropic (AI chat). Each provider has its own privacy policy.
International transfers
Your data may be processed in the United States. By using our site, you acknowledge this transfer. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.
Changes
We update this policy as needed and display the Last updated date at the top. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
