Services
Hagumi Studio provides web design, automation systems, AI agents, visual identity, consulting, and retainer services. Scope, timeline, deliverables, and cost are defined in a written proposal agreed upon before work begins.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of all custom deliverables. Hagumi Studio retains the right to display work in its portfolio unless restricted by a signed NDA. Third-party components are subject to their respective licenses.
Payment terms
All projects require a 50% deposit before work begins. The balance is due upon final delivery. Retainer services are billed monthly in advance. Invoices not paid within 14 days accrue 1.5% monthly interest.
Revisions
Each proposal specifies the number of included revision rounds. Additional revisions are billed at the current hourly rate. Revision requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Confidentiality
Hagumi Studio will not disclose confidential client information to third parties without written consent. A mutual NDA is available upon request.
Warranties and disclaimers
We warrant that services will be delivered with professional care and skill. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as traffic, leads, or revenue.
Limitation of liability
Hagumi Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA. Unresolved disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Miami-Dade or Broward County before resorting to litigation.
Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
