Meridian Advisory Group advises ultra-high-net-worth clients on real estate investment — yet their Wix site read like a mid-2010s template. New prospects were vetting them against competitors with polished digital presence and leaving before making contact. Two referrals admitted they had hesitated before signing because the website felt inconsistent with the firm's stated reputation. The gap between the quality of their work and the quality of their digital identity was costing them deals.
We rebuilt their digital identity from the ground up — starting with a positioning workshop that clarified the firm's genuine differentiators, then a refined visual identity (logotype, color palette, typographic hierarchy), and finally a custom Next.js site engineered for conversion and speed. Every section was designed to qualify prospects silently: communicating exclusivity, track record, and methodology before a call was ever scheduled. A dedicated case study section and a friction-free intake flow replaced the static contact form. Load time dropped from 11 seconds to 1.1 seconds on first meaningful paint.
