Orvida's sales team was spending 14+ hours each week on manual tasks: copying orders from email into their CRM, sending follow-up reminders by hand, and pulling inventory data to update a shared spreadsheet. As order volume grew, errors compounded — and two key accounts were nearly lost because of a missed follow-up during a peak period. Hiring another operations coordinator felt like treating a symptom rather than fixing the system.

Qué construimos

We audited every manual handoff in the operation and built a unified automation stack on n8n. Orders from email, WhatsApp, and the web form now flow directly into HubSpot with line-item accuracy — no copy-paste, no human in the middle. A custom inventory bridge syncs with their supplier API and triggers low-stock alerts before stockouts happen. A personalized follow-up sequence handles outreach with conditional logic based on order history, so no lead falls through the cracks and no rep burns time on accounts that have already responded.
